Institute TANZANIA WOMEN OF ACHIEVEMENT (TWA) has announced the launch of a gender balance in celebrating International Women's Day calling on everyone to take pragmatic measures to support access to gender equity faster to help women and girls achieve their goals.

Likewise calls on the community to have an administration which has gender equality, respect and appreciation of gender differences bainia, establishing culture integrated to eliminate bias in the workplace.Speaking yesterday at a press conference information on the offices of TWA in Dar es Salaam President of TWA, Irene Kiwia has said that the goal of the Campaign for gender balance is calling for women and men to join together to help women achieve equality in large numbers recognizing their contribution to infinite who lays on the worldwide economy overall, especially in our country Tanzania.

 In 2014 the World Economic Forum (World Economic Forum -WEF) predicted to be gender equality on earth will be reached in 2095, but one year later, ie in 2015 estimated drastic measures applicable to slow down to achieve a balance to be gender gap could be closed by the year 2133 .This means waiting for 117 years which is too long.

 From that TWA joins global call to urge all countries to put gender issues on its agenda and accelerate the pace of achieving gender equality.Calling for individuals, organizations and other stakeholders involved in the campaign chairman of TWA BSadaka Gandi said the campaign will involve walks six kilometers on the morning of Day Five month March from the `Race Mbuzi' parks known as" Field of Horses' through the intersection of the International School of Tanganyika (IST), toward the Catholic Church of St. Peter and through the Embassy of Kenya in the repeating part started.

 Offering Gandi added that these visits will be followed by a meeting to celebrate the International Day of the World's Women which will be held March 6, 2016 at the Regency Hotel Kilimanjaro.

 Gandi said the meeting will bring together women and men from different parts who collaborated with persuading one another to connect to these movements, such as would show the progress made so far from the Beijing conference 21 years ago, and likewise is a defect does that still exist and how much cooperation together can accelerate change.

In addition, Gandi has said that the meeting discussed various issues pertaining to the woman to focus on education, health, governance, justice and law and economics.
